Client-ready website audit reports for the sites you manage
Run a free website accessibility checker on a client's live page — WCAG-oriented accessibility checks, security headers, SEO basics, page speed and broken links, all in one pass — then hand the client the finished website audit report as a printed PDF. Use it as a paid extra, or to open the pitch. Every finding comes from a real check that really ran, and the report says which checks couldn't.
Free check: overall scores, issue counts and a few example findings. No account needed, five checks a minute, and we don't store your URL or the result.
See a complete sample audit report (print or PDF) → one real, unedited report on a public site — every finding, its evidence and the fix, in the format your client receives.
What we check
Five categories, one page, one pass. Each finding names the offending element, header or value, and tells you what to change. If a check can't run, we say so instead of quietly scoring it as a pass.
Accessibility (WCAG-oriented)
Images without alt text, form fields without labels, empty or vague link text, missing or duplicate h1, heading skips, missing lang, unlabelled buttons and iframes, detectable ARIA misuse, missing landmarks.
Security headers
HTTPS in use, http:// → https:// redirect, HSTS, Content-Security-Policy, X-Content-Type-Options, clickjacking protection, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy, and Secure/HttpOnly/SameSite on cookies.
SEO basics
Title and meta description, canonical, mobile viewport, noindex directives, Open Graph tags, robots.txt and sitemap.xml reachability, structured data.
Broken links
A capped sample of the page's own same-origin links is requested for real. 404s and server errors are reported as broken with the HTTP status we got; a link that refuses an automated request (403 or 429) is reported separately as refused, not broken. The report says how many links were checked out of how many were found.
Page weight & speed
HTML transfer size, server response time, an approximate page weight from a sample of the page's assets, resource count, oversized and legacy-format images.
What you get free, and what the $49 report adds
The free check runs the same real checks and shows you the scores, the counts and which checks couldn't run. It is a summary, not the document: the full report lists every finding with its evidence and its fix. Here is exactly what changes.
| In the report | Free check | $49 full report |
|---|---|---|
| Overall score and a score per category | Yes | Yes |
| How many checks ran, and which ones couldn't (with the reason) | Yes | Yes |
| Issue counts by severity and category | Yes | Yes |
| Findings listed individually | 3 examples | Every one of them |
| The evidence for each finding (the element, header or value we saw) | Short excerpt | Full evidence |
| A plain-English fix you can act on or forward to a developer | No | Yes, on every finding |
| A prioritised “fix these first” order | No | Yes |
| How you receive it | On screen, straight away | Emailed to you after you pay, with a private link to the document |
| Ready to print or save as a PDF, with the audited URL and scan date on every page | No | Yes |
What this is not, today: there is no account, no dashboard, no public report page, no report archive, and no scheduled rescans or monitoring — a check only runs when you start one. There is no white-label option either: a report carries the audited site's URL and our name. And there is no monthly plan to buy yet; the $49 is a one-off payment for one site, not a subscription. Nothing unlocks in your browser either: the report is emailed to you, and the private link in that email is how you open the document itself. We would rather say all of that plainly than have you find out after paying.

Get the full report by email — $49
We email your report within one working day of your payment. If we can't produce your report, you get your money back in full.
Pay on Stripe's secure page — it asks for the website address to audit, so put the client's URL in the box there. We then run the audit on that page and email you the report to the address on your payment. The email carries the report itself — every finding, its evidence and its fix, in full — and a private link that opens the same report as a document you can read, print or save as a PDF. We email your report within one working day of your payment. If we can't produce your report, you get your money back in full. It arrives by email rather than unlocking in your browser because we deliberately store nothing: there is no account here and no report archive. The private link in that email is the only place the document lives, it is not public, it is not indexed by search engines, and it expires 90 days after we send it. If it isn't clear which site you meant, we'll email you to ask.
The report is produced from a fresh scan run after your payment, and opening the link re-runs that same audit, so the report always describes the page as it is when you look at it — a few numbers can differ from the free scan you ran a moment ago.
How it works
- 1
Paste the URL
The address of the live page — a homepage, landing page or any page you want in front of the client.
- 2
We run the checks
We fetch the page once, read the real HTML and response headers, request a sample of its own links and weigh a sample of its assets.
- 3
Get the report
Work from the free summary, or pay $49 on Stripe's page — put the website address in the box there and we run the audit and email the finished report back, within one working day of your payment. Printing it, or saving it as a PDF, gives you the client-ready document. Nothing is stored on our side, which is exactly why it comes by email rather than opening here.
FAQ
What's the difference between the free check and the $49 report?
Both run exactly the same checks. The free check gives you the scores, the issue counts, which checks couldn't run, and three example findings. The $49 report is the finished document: every finding, its full evidence, a plain-English fix for each one, and a prioritised order to fix them in — laid out to be printed or sent to a client as a PDF. There is a complete example report on this site, so you can see the deliverable before you pay for it.
Can I print it, or send it to my client as a PDF?
Yes — that is what the emailed report is for. Open it and press Cmd/Ctrl-P (or choose "Save as PDF"): the navigation, buttons, forms and anything else that is not the document are dropped, findings keep together instead of splitting across page breaks, and the audited URL and check date run across the top of every printed page. It comes out as a document you can hand over or email on, not a screenshot of a web page. The example report on this site is the same document, so you can print that one to see exactly what you will get.
What does a WCAG audit cost, and is this one?
A full accessibility audit is done by a person: someone reads the site, tests it with a keyboard and a screen reader, checks colour contrast and content, and writes up the results page by page. That work is priced as the days it takes, and this is not it. ProofHive runs automated checks on the delivered markup — a fast, cheap first pass that finds the mechanical problems and tells you where to look — and we say so on every report. Use it before commissioning a manual audit, or to prove to a client why one is worth commissioning. See the published audit prices we could find — and the ones we could not →
How is this different from a free audit tool?
Nothing, in the checking itself. The free competition is real and some of it is stronger than our free check: WAVE's checker shows a full issue list, the axe browser extension is free, and Pope Tech has a free tier that covers more pages than this one does. If that is all you need, use theirs — genuinely. What you pay $$49 for here is the finished document: every issue with its evidence, a severity, and a plain-English fix written so you can act on it or hand it to a client, in a printable report with a prioritised order and a plain statement of which checks couldn't run. The free check deliberately shows only a sample, and this page says so.
Will this prove my client's site is ADA or WCAG compliant?
No, and you should be wary of anything that says it will. This is an automated readiness audit on the delivered markup. It cannot test colour contrast, keyboard navigation, screen-reader behaviour or content quality, so it is a prioritised to-do list and a great starting point for a fix — not a certification, not legal advice.
Do you store my client's data?
No. The check runs, we return the findings, and we keep nothing: no account, no database of your URLs, no report archive, no public report page. That is also why the paid report arrives by email rather than opening in your browser — with nothing stored, there is no account for you to log into. The email carries the report's full text, and it also carries a private link that opens the same report as a document you can read, print or save as a PDF. The report is produced by running a fresh check of the address you gave us.
What happens after I pay?
We email your report within one working day of your payment. If we can't produce your report, you get your money back in full. Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page, which we never see or handle — the "Get the full report by email" button takes you straight there, and Stripe pays us directly. That page also asks for the website address to audit, so put your client's URL in the box on it.
What if you can't produce my report?
We email your report within one working day of your payment. If we can't produce your report, you get your money back in full. That is the whole policy. If a site blocks us, or something on our side breaks, you get your money back rather than a partial document — email us (the address is in the footer) and we will refund the payment.
Is it safe to point at any URL?
We only fetch public websites: anything resolving to a private or local address is refused, each request is capped at 15 seconds, redirect chains are capped, and the amount of data we read is capped. We identify ourselves as an automated audit tool in the request. The free checker is limited to 5 checks a minute per visitor so one person can't take the whole scanner.
Can I resell the report?
Yes — that is the point. Run it on a client's site, add your own commentary, and charge whatever your time is worth. The report is written to be read by a client as much as by a developer.
What this audit is — and isn't
These are automated checks on the page as delivered to our scanner at the moment it ran. Accessibility findings come from the markup only — we do not test colour contrast, keyboard use or screen-reader behaviour — so this is a readiness audit and a prioritised to-do list, not legal advice and not a guarantee or certification of WCAG, ADA or any other compliance standard.
